Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order. A tracking number will be provided once your item ships. Delivery times may vary, especially during holidays or due to postal delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.
